If you like outdoor, Tassi is the place to be. I'd like to describe it like this: "In Tasmania you are not at the ass of the world but you can see it from here."
Tassi is known for its trout- and sharkfishing, for the apple trees and especially for the most amazing creature on the world, the Tasmanian Devils. They look so cute and attack all the time everything. And this with the same bitepower than a crokodile!
They have enough drinking and other water on the island, instead of water restrictions. The Totempole is the famous climbing spot there, it is a tower which sticks out of the ocean. You can walk to similar spots without getting wet feet. The climbs are technical, beautiful and there is a good friction. So if you like to place your own gear you are right here!
The most beautiful sandbeaches where you are totally by yourself are on this island, but you have to walk for hours or days to get to this places.
